Call for a required appointment
Requirements:
* Photo ID for everyone in the family over 18 (Driver's license or copy of one, school ID, passport) the 1st time you register
* ID for everyone in the family 17 and under (Social Security (SS) Card, medical card, school ID, birth certificate) the 1st time you register
* After you register the 1st time, continue to bring a photo ID AND a copy of a current utility bill, medical bill, county mail, etc. every time you visit.
Clients may receive food one time per month.
