Eligibility

Eligible for Modest Fee Referral when total household income falls between 125 - 250% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines.


Fees

$30 administrative fee
* This fee is waived in cases of Personal Injury, Product Liability, Medical or Legal Malpractice, Social Security Disability, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and Workers' Compensation.
