Description
A group of people that meet on a regular basis to share their experiences and provide mutual support.
Additional Information
Weekly peer-led support groups teach coping tools for mild to severe mental illness, including depression, stress, anger, anxiety, bi-polar disorder, panic and schizophrenia.
Meetings are available in person, over the telephone, online or by chat.
Meeting materials are available online.
