Eligibility
Anyone who shows up who has limited access to care and is in pain is eligible.
There are no residency requirements. All minors must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
Application Instructions
Walk in - no appointments, first come, first served until patient spots are filled.
Open the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month, registration begins at 3:45pm.
Must be in the east lobby of the building at sign-up times because spots fill quickly and the number of people who can be seen is limited.
Fees
$30 per visit (paid at visit), cash payment only
No insurance is needed or billed.
