Description

Housing and supportive services to individuals and families who are homeless or in need of safe housing.


The goal of transitional housing is to help people live independently and transition into permanent housing. The length of time a person can use the program is limited.


Additional Information

The Transitional Living & Counseling (TLC) program provides affordable housing to at-risk families in need of help with basic living skills.


The program helps families with goals in:
* Education
* Parenting
* Budgeting for up to two years with the hope of attaining permanent housing
* Full-time employment
* Stable family life

Eligibility

Individuals and families may be eligible for transitional housing if they are homeless, in an unstable doubled-up situation, or must move out of current housing and will be homeless.
