Emergency assistance can vary based upon eligibility and available funds.
Offers assistance for households struggling with financial hardships by helping them to access Semcac programs and services, along with other community resources. Outreach Services staff advocate for clients, provide information and referrals, assist with completing applications for services, and administer crisis assistance as funding is available.
