Transportation program that provides rides for people in and around their community
The Volunteer Driver Program offers rides to medical and dental appointments for persons age 60 and older and enrolled in Medical Assistance, Blue Plus or UCare.
Rides are available for people age 60 and older for personal appointments and senior congregate dining.
Rides are available to persons age 60 and over or qualified client
Call (800) 528-7622 for dispatching service. A minimum 48 hour notice is needed to request a ride.
Medical Assistance, Blue Plus or UCare clients should call the provider's number on the back of their benefit cards for authorization. The provider then forwards the ride information to Semcac upon authorization.
Donation of $4.00 is requested
