Home ownership program that offers financial assistance to make home purchases more affordable for those that meet eligibility requirements

Help is available for first-time home buyers or those who have not owned a home in the last three years.
Home buyers can work with a variety of local lenders.
Goodhue County offers a down payment and closing cost assistance program for eligible homebuyers.
