The Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) pays this agency to provide Social Security Advocates. Advocates help people with disabilities apply for Supplemental Security Income (SSI) or Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI).

* Housing Support (formerly known as Group Residential Housing)
* Minnesota Family Investment Program (MFIP)
* Diversionary Work Program (DWP)
* Title IV-E for children in foster care
* Refugee Cash Assistance (RCA)

For people who do not qualify for state funding, agency may also offer advocacy services for private pay, a percentage of backpay (payment for months when you qualified but were waiting for a decision) if the case is won (up to 25% of backpay - called "on contingency"), or other payment arrangements.
