Crisis lines provide immediate support to help ensure a person's safety and help them take the next steps toward resolving a problem.


Crisis intervention hotlines/helplines are available through telephone, email, chat, text or other communication methods.


Additional Information

Phone line is staffed 24/7/365 to help youth, parents and family members sort through a difficult situation immediately or just to provide someone to talk with.


Crisis texting hotline, (612) 400-SAFE or (612) 400-7233, is staffed 24/7/365 by professional staff and volunteers, trained to deescalate crisis, provide emotional support, and connect youth and families with critical resources.


The texting hotline for teens and families provides a safe, anonymous way to communicate, 24-hours a day.
