Description

Housing and supportive services to individuals and families who are homeless or in need of safe housing.


The goal of transitional housing is to help people live independently and transition into permanent housing. The length of time a person can use the program is limited.

Provides housing and support for youth who need extra time before reconnecting with family or transitioning to an alternative living space


Case managers work closely with program participants. Together, they identify goals, find resources to achieve goals, and work through obstacles. Case managers teach life skills and lend emotional support when needed.


Programs include:
* Transitions: Teens share a bedroom with another youth. Home-cooked meals are provided in the community kitchen. The facility includes a living room, game room, laundry facility, and computer lab. Teens participate in household chores and attend once-a-week house meetings.
* Rita's House: An intentional community providing rental housing for formerly homeless youth.
* Provides long-term supportive housing for unaccompanied homeless pregnant and parenting youth and their children (0 - 3)
