Service Details


Through the Rapid Rehousing program, housing for youth is provided through regular market rate apartments in the Twin Cities and provides landlords with rental subsidies.

The program also provides:
* Trauma informed supportive services for youth
* Case management
* Life skills education
* Assistance with education and employment
* Connections to mental health and chemical dependency treatment
* Connections to health care services
* Leadership development opportunities

Must have referral from Hennepin County Coordinated Entry. To obtain a Coordinated Entry Assessment call 211 or (651) 291-0211.
