The therapist comes to your home to provide services throughout the Twin Cities Metro and surrounding areas.
Services include:
* Counseling - Individual, couple or family sessions on a range of topics, such as depression, anxiety, grief, illness, and caregiving
* Education - Presentations available on topics related to seniors, such as caregiving, depression, isolation, and dementia
* Support - Support groups for spouse loss grief
* Advance Care Planning - Assistance with discussing a plan for future health care decisions
They offer a free 15-minute phone consultation for new clients.
Does not offer crisis services.
