Description

Household medications may be disposed of in a drop box at this site. Medicines that can be dropped off include all expired, unwanted, or unusable prescriptions or over-the-counter medications used by family members or pets. Properly disposing of your medicine prevents drug abuse or poisoning and helps protect the environment.

Residents can dispose of their unused and expired medications at year-round collection drop boxes.


You can use the drop boxes to dispose of prescription, over-the-counter, and pet medication from households, including:

* Liquid medications
* Powders and sprays

Application Instructions

For drop off:
* Keep medications in original container and place in a sealed, clear plastic bag. If you don't have the original container, place in a clear bag.
* Use a marker to cross out your name on the container (optional).
* Drop off is anonymous; no ID is required. No questions asked. You can dispose of medications from anyone in your household.


Fees

Free, there is no charge to drop off medications.
