Program helps people build skills and overcome barriers to employment and self-sufficiency by providing employment and training services. They also provide ongoing case management, training and support and assist people with getting new skills, maintaining employment or moving from welfare to work.

Programs include:
* Career Pathways: provides customized services and ongoing support focused on helping participants overcome barriers to obtaining and sustaining employment.

* Commercial Drivers License (CDL) Training Program: Puts people on the road to success by helping them to earn a CDL. After successfully completing training, participants are qualified for good paying jobs on road construction and heavy highway projects.

* Office Essentials: Teaches the basic skills to start an entry-level career.

* Certified Nurse Assistant/Certified Medical Assistant: Provides certified nursing assistant (CNA) or certified medical assistant (CMA) training and certification.
